Tweak description
Determines whether Operating System updates the last-access timestamp on each directory when it lists the directories on an NTFS volume. If you enable this tweak, then when listing directories, NTFS updates the last-access timestamp on each directory it detects, and it records each time change in the NTFS log (Note: enabling this tweak reduces system performance at about 5%). (This tweak affects all users of this computer).
