By default the half-open concurrent TCP connections limit (of 10) remove in Windows 7, and this will increase the download speed of P2P softwares, but also increase the atacked risk by worms and viruses, this setting will enable the half-open concurrent TCP connections limit to 10. This tweak affects all users of this computer. Restart the computer to take effect.
